I always read Arab news online until this week where I was given paper of year 2003. As for the other papers,eg: ABC news, BBC news & The Star , I've no problem. Can it be due to a short circuit cutting off all electricity supply to all electric items. At that point of time my laptop was on & got cut off too. Please help!!!

A short circuit would not make your PC display the wrong newspaper on only one site. Odds are that the reason you are seeing the wrong newspaper is that someone messed up at the Arab news site and posted the wrong paper. Or you have changed something in your configuration that is taking you to the "archives" of the newspaper rather then the current newspaper.

it almost sounds like the arab paper you like reading stopped doing online versions (as you get the major online outlets fine)
I would see if there are other arab site that have papers in the area your trying to find out about
