Local -- WFMJ (NBC affiliate)--the morning show has Scott Schneider, Laurie Lehosky, and my fav weather guy ever Frank Marzullo
National -- CNN...or Headline News...or Fox...even though I have three, I don't watch them very regularly!

I do not watch local news channels - I read the paper for local news. I watch FOX NEWS CHANNEL for national news. I especially like the commentary shows of Bill O'Reilly and Sean Hannity.
