At least the judge actually had some common sense. If she were my neighbor, I would make her life a living hell and call the ASPCA everytime she left her five dogs unattended and they made even the slightest peep.

Has she nothing else to do than complain about kids, outside no less, not sitting in front of a TV, but outdoors, having fun?

[Sane], don't talk about a hot story like that and not provide a link or elaborate more on it please.

And, no, kids don't need to adhere to noise ordinances that are biased against them, if they are violating the letter of the law, then, fine, punish them, but as they were not, tough nuggies!

Kids are supposed to squeal and have fun. Now if this had been going on at 4 in the morning then I could understand being miffed, but it wasn't.

How can we fault kids for doing what kids do - people who live in tiny close quarter neighborhoods like that I have to expect a certain level of noise - they practically live on top of one another.

The judge didn't have common sense. The kids parents were rude and violating noise ordinances the same as if they were reving a race car motor with no muffler. People need to have a litte GD respect for other peoples privacy.

If you want to say you gotta be kidding me, try saying that about the Clinton/Boxer issue where they want to violate free speach rights if your a conservative on talk radio. There is your outrage, but the silence is deafening.....

it is sad that people will do any thing for money or just to hurt someone else. kid can do what they want. as long as they don't hurt anybody and yelling does nothing to the human body so I'd say leave them be.

I think it is almost as ridiculous as the man suing the dry clearners for multiple millions of dollars because they misplaced his pants.

i agree with you ,if she does not like it ,then move her and her five dogs to the 55+ community that she oh so needs . I think that is why our courts are overflowing with junk like this . good luck .

It reinforces my opinion that most people suck. I have neighbors that are similarly hypocritical.
