you clear your mind in a quiet place and just focus on your breathing. it distributes O2 throughout your body. to most people it does work. what you do is focus on each and every part of your body as you breath and then stretch when you are done meditating you will feel at least refreshened. I pray that works for me. I am a Christian in case you wonder what I pray to. Be blessed
