I think they should "Cancel" the show. The few times I have seen it it has been a waste of perfectly good time and I do not know ANYONE who has ever enjoyed it. Just my opinion.

I would love to see Goldberg take her place I think she a wonderfull person and she is very funny, Do you think the ratings have gone down since Rosie left?? I USED to watch the View everyday now Ive kind of lost interest in it BUT I DIDN'T LIKE ROSIE SHE WAS VERY RUDE AND MEAN TO EVERYONE.

Certainly not anyone they've had on yet. Maybe a newcomer with no baggage.
Kathy Griffin & Sheri Shepard are way too outspoken, and Sheri has no family values whatsoever- absolutely none - and doesn't know anything about current events. Kathy is just a loud-mouth promoting herself.
Gayle King is too Oprahish.
Star Parker - heaven help us!
Whoopie - good, but not exciting.

I pretty much think that show is on it's last leg.

I hope to God they don't get Kathy Griffin on there. I saw her on Larry King the other night and she's pretty annoying. Rosie is a rude, domineering b*tch, but she doesn't make me want to die.

I also heard they were trying to get Kathy Lee Gifford and Marie Osmand.

The latest news is that up for consideration and perhaps leading the candidates is "very" gay guy Mario Cantone (I've seen him but don't know much about him but Wikipedia calls him a "stand up comedian" who "currently narrates the Sunsilk "hairapy" adverts" (whatever that is) and is a frequent guest on The View).

My feeling though, since Rosie left, has been that her replacement was going to be "a large black woman with large, very annoyingly bright white teeth", like they've been having on the show recently.

Guess we'll see.

They had problems with Star (I think that's her name), and now with Rosie... when they find a new co-host, they'll just end up going through trouble with her just like the pervious examples....

when i hear fran drescher and kathy griffin, i would suggest a group of cats in heat. it would sound the same, and be so much cheaper.

fran: Hawhoa
kathy: Higghhhyyyyy
horny cats: meowwoowoowowo

plus, this might give elisabeth something to play with so she won't give even more stupid commentaries
same thing offering the same intelligence

Gayle King and Sherri Sheppard are both terrific....why not have 2...Barbara's role of once in a while is the best...and they may need two anyhow, as I can see Elisabeth going...she is getting worse and worse....

Any body that walks in brings in more talent than she does. She acts like a rich trailer park junkie. Thank G-d she is moving on.
