You have done both. You have tried to fail, and you have failed, and if failing was your goal, then you succeed, but still fail.

I do not accept the word "failed" Basically, I feel that we never fail. We might not finish to our expectations but hey, try another way or something else. It was not ment to be--the way we had in mind. Just continue the way life works it out. I have been very happy accepting what life had to offer. (Maybe sad at times, maybe frustrated at times, maybe depressed at times, or very angry at times.) But looking back, I have had a very good life. Would not change a thing. Have a happy life. Thank you

If you try to fail, and succeed, you have successfully sabotaged yourself.

there is no failure... only ways to not to succeed.
when you fail, you merely eliminate one of the options to reach success... so you must do it another way.
"do or do not... there is no try"
