The motivation for sex is different for men than it is for women. Women being the smarter of the species is naturally more selective than men. Men will even have sex with themselves if they feel the need/urge and that is not very selective.

I am very selective, that's why I don't have sex very often (when I am single).
And I don't think women are so selective.
In fact they can't do it immediately with everyone at anytime, otherwise they would be considered as prostitutes.
And also, women are actually selective about men's money.

Well... I have been one to always see men in this way, so it is possible that both sexes are like this.
People today base relationships/marriage on sex and looks. Yet, when the sex gets dull and the looks disappear they are no longer interested in the person.
If people would base their relationship/marriage on love, as it should be, then the couple would be together until the end of their lives...as it is meant to be!
