Absolutely.

There is nothing wrong with believing in such a lovely concept when we all live in such a horrible world. At least Santa Claus doesn't cause wars or bloodshed like almost every other belief does he?

My children are 13, 10 and 8 and will never hear me utter the words that he is not real...

The Question of whether Santa Claus is real or not is whether We want to teach Our Children about Traditions or not ..He wasn't a lie for those who think it is a lie ...I was brought up on knowing both the Religious side as well as the Tradition side and I still today believe in both sides ..My Grand father's favorite time of the year was Christmas and Santa Claus he taught us the traditional side of it and We learned the Religious side through Church .There is a sight you can go to to read up on this subject and it provides the back round of where it all started ...He was originally A Bishop is how this all started and became the Patron Saint of children..
Each household is different and Our Teachings are Different and its whether you want to take the time to teach both sides or not to whether Our children learn about both sides but to say it is a lie is wrong ..it is just whether you wish to Believe or not..LOOK IT UP ... OR GO TO THE WEB SIGHT ..Maybe you might learn about something you didn't know ..It is your choice whether to BELIEVE OR NOT TO BELIEVE...I Believe in both teachings ..the sight is informative and interesting for those who are interested ..GOOD LUCK...
