15 000mg -15 gigs 7x60=420 ps
420 x 60 sec= 25.20 = 1 hr
takes 37 minutes

depends where you download from, what their upload speed is etc etc etc
Remember just because you got a 7mb line don't mean that you will have 7mb to where the data comes from.
