15 Gigabytes = 15,000Megabytes
1byte = 8 bits
so 15Gigabytes = 120Gigabits = 120,000 Megabits
120,000 / 7 =17,143 sec. = 285 mins = 4.72 hrs???

About 5 hours. This depend on the speed at the other end, and the latency.

How long is a piece of string.
depends where you download from, what their upload speed is etc etc etc
Remember just because you got a 7mb line don't mean that you will have 7mb to where the data comes from.
