I own a vehicle with approximately 100,000 miles on the car. My clutch going out is about do and it has started to slip somewhat whenever I pull off the line. While I fully intend to bring it into the shop to get a replacement, I was wondering if anyone had any tips on how I could extend the life of the clutch for a few thousand miles more?
I checked with the dealer and a few shops around town and they all have quoted me 1000 dollars or more for a replacement.
