got 2 LAN networks and i want to be able to use both networks internet so that i can maximize my bandwidth. can i assign one download job to LAN#1 and the next to the LAN#2 ???

There are routers built to do this.
Netgear has several dual wan routers as do many others.

Or you will have to setup "load balancing" software on a gateway server.

Usually on one machine you will only use one Internet line or the other because you can only get ONE active IP at a time.

"Loadbalancing" for the entire network.

If you are talking about pooling two lines into one PC that is something else and cannot be done. Even Microsoft's attempt were not on LAN lines nor was the pooling so precise as you mentioned.
