Im not a pro pc user neither a noob do please dont post answers like maybe its your speakers or whatever wierd answers some nubs post...

It sounds like you are pushing the processor to the limit and its getting to hot try taking the cover off and clean the computer fans and heatsinks.That should be the problem.

You might want to try with the cover off. If that helps then add a case fan .

Could be a Grafix card problem or processor heating up. Try checking processor temp before and after playing for a considerable time,but before the beeping and see if theres an alarming rise in temp. You should have a temp monitoring software pre installed usually comes with the PC when you bought it.

Overheat of a critical component, likely be the video card, beeping code coming from BIOS, verify the code with manual but I am 80% sure on that.

it can be any number of things without hearing the beep code myself i cant tell you what it is but you probably have something overheating be it the processor,ram or video card you may want to get a can of air unplug the pc and blow out the insides making sure to get all fans

It does sound like a heat issue. Monitor your temperatures with programs such as mbm5 or speedfan.
