My husband coming home... he is mobilized in the Army Reserve and works in Houston while we still live in Austin. This has been going on since 2003... But, at least he's not in Iraq anymore, so I guess I shouldn't complain!

The outdoor Track and Field Championships here in Indianapolis. Specifically I want to see how Bernard Lagatt runs in the 1500 meters--the two-time World Champion will be running for the first time as a US citizen.
It'll be televised I think. That race goes off Sunday, but all weekend is a track + field Paradise.
Enjoy The Police. I am seeing them in August, when Sports get slow.

The Americas Cup Yacht Racing. The first race is on Saturday in Valencia, SPAIN.
Team New Zealand vs Alinghi. It will be a great contest.

Opening, and finishing a new Case of wine someone sent me yesterday.
But before that, taking my niece up in my Chopper for the first time she has ever been in a Chopper, and the weather today is ideal for her first ride.
Where are the police playig this weekend?

The weather is going to be perfect, and i plan on going up country for the weekend. I have a secret spot where the Hudson River widens, and the view is fantastic. Can't wait.

Rest, time away from my hellish boss which nobody can stand, time with family, an open house to sell my home, talking on the phone with a long distance friend, swimming, good food....

i am most looking forward to spending time with the family.
i know its a crappy answer but its true. i work all week so the weekend is my time with the kids and i love it.
