Ok if there were no Draft day trades and all picks stay where they are this is what I think I would do if I was each team.

1.Portland - Greg Oden - no brainer really
2.Seattle - Kevin Durant - ditto
3.Atlanta - Al Horford - they need a pg but they have the 11 pick and Acie Law looks like he'll be available.
4.Memphis - Mike Conley Jr - Grizz need a pg
5.Boston - Brandan Wright - good PF who will fit in
6.Milwaukee - Corey Brewer - he fits their needs well
7.Minnesota - Spencer Hawes
8.Charlotte - Yi Jianlian - they need a lot of things. Yi could be special or a bust, he also might be useful tradebait.
9.Chicago - Joakim Noah - they need an inside worker and he's ready now.
10.Sacramento - Al Thornton - a scorer and the piece to build around as they retool
11.Atlanta - Acie Law - the pg they need
12.Philadelphia - Jeff Green falls out of the 10 to Phily
13.NewOrleans - Julian Wright falls out much like Green
14.LA Clippers - Javaris Crittenton - best pg available
15.Detroit - Jason Smith - a big who can run the floor
16.Washington - Josh McRoberts - talented big man
17.New Jersey - Sean Williams a run on bigs convinces New Jersey to take him.
18.Golden St.- Thaddeus Young
19.LA Lakers - Nick Young - a SG to replaceKobe longterm
20.Miami - Tiago Splitter, a big man for the future when Shaq goes
21.Philadelphia - Marc Gasol - a big body that may not come over this year
22.Charlotte -Rudy Fernandez - another euro that may come the season after this
23.New York - Daequan Cook
24.Phoenix - Rodney Stuckey falls to Phoenix who love combo guards
25.Utah - Marco Belinelli - A sg fills a need.
26.Houston - Nick Fazekas - they need a PF following their trade.
27.Detroit - Ramon Sessions - a PG for when Billups goes
28.San Antonio - Jared Dudley looks like a good fit
29.Phoenix - Kyrylo Fesenko, a C to put next to Amare long term.
30.Philadelphia - Petteri Koponen - after drafting big men to fit long term needs they get a pg to cover for Andre Miller

I wouldn't put alot of stock into what NBAdraft.net lists they are always wrong up until the day before the draft and then go with who the experts are projecting. Case in point they have Chicago taking Julian Wright @ 9 who they don't need, Philly selecting Daequan Cook....for what to be a backup to Igoudala. And who do they have ATL picking but another SF, Al Thornton.
I believe ATL won't pull the trigger on Conley, #3 is way too high for him and he's not a franchise type PG. I believe they select Horford and maybe Crittendon or Law at 11. I think Milwaukee probably takes Conley at 6. Another pick that makes no sense on NBAdraft.net is Charlotte taking Noah @ 8. If Brewer falls to Charlotte they will pick him. Sleepers in this draft could be Sean Williams (unreal shot blocker), Jemareo Davidson (better offensively than Williams and almost as good a shot blocker) and Morris Almond. Those 3 could be very important role players for teams.

My predictions (though it is hard to predict because who knows what trades will occur) So it is hard to predict what is going to happen, even the draft order on NBADraft.net is being changed after every NBA workout, which is why I will give you a summary of what might happen.
I can see Portland dealing Zach Randolph or any other player (Jarret Jack) for a higher pick so that they can get Mike Conley in with Greg Oden. I can see Atlanta being involved in that trade as they do need a PG like Jack to run their offence. But if not I can see Atlanta taking Conley. They might either trade down in the draft because they may be certain that they he will still be there.
The Raptors will not have a draft pick and won't trade for one unless an offer that cannot be refused is offered.
Memphis, Minnesota, and many other teams in the #5-15 area may try to get another pick through trades since this draft is so deep.
It looks like the Spurs are interested in Marc Gasol to solidify their backcourt, and with the third pick in the second round may go with Jared Dudley, which would be to excellent picks for the team.
Philidelphia has 3 picks in the first round look for them to either pick the best player available (as they need help in all positions) or look for them to use one or two of the picks in a trade for some veteran talent.

This draft has potential to be one of the most exciting drafts because of the trade possibilities and the endless talent in it. Can't wait! 6 more days!

hurricanes: I am using that as an example of how the draft order (except one and two) can never be correct until the final day, even NBA.coms projection will be wrong, and that changes daily as well. and if you weren't a moron you would notice that they have al horford projected third who is a pf, which even nba.com has, and for the 11th nba.com has julian wright. so if you did your research you would notice that you are wrong before you even said anything. also deaguan is a sg, andre is more of a sf, the 76ers need a second scorer (what is willie green going to do) and cook can fulfill that role. why don't you give me your top 20 picks and we will see how wrong you are when that day comes as well. every mock draft will be wrong, plain and simple, it is all based on opinions and insider information that obviously neither of us get, because we wouldn't be on Yahoo! we would be on NBA.com blogging.
