Working out may help you lose in the breast. It all depends on how much fatty tissue versus dense breast tissue is in your breasts.

If its more dense tissue, then you won't lose a cup size.

If its more fatty tissue, then you will lose a cup size.

You won't know until you try losing weight though.

I lost weight but didn't lose any in cup size, so I ended up getting a breast reduction (covered 100% by my insurance) in Feb 2006.

Competition body builders often see reduction in breast size due to increased testosterone levels, but you need to be in that top 1% of body building for it take effect.

Otherwise, moderate upper body workouts will tone the muscles supporting the breasts. This will make them look a little smaller as well as firm them up a little as the muscles behind them firm up.

Reducing your overall body mass causes some loss in the fatty tissues that make up the breasts, but there is no proven way to target the tissue of the breast itself for weight loss.

Bottom line: There is no practical way to reduce the size of just your breasts significantly. Sorry...

Once they get a certain size they really won't get smaller. The only exception is if you are currently breastfeeding, then you will have some reduction when you discontinue that, and stop producing milk. Other than that, breast reduction is your only option for the most part.

Well, like any surgery it has it's risks but everyone I have spoken too has absoltely no regrets after having it done. If you breasts are so large that it's uncomfortable to do anything, including excercise and you are getting unwanted attention I would suggest it! You may be much happier person afterwards...I have a friend who had this procedure and she says it was the best decision she'd ever made in her life! :)

If you've got big assets and if you overweight, I advice you to start exercising and have a healthy diet. Avoid fatty and oily food as breasts are made up of fatty tissues. As a female put on weight, her breasts would become bigger too. However, there's no exercise to reduce the size.
