eg: dyslexia, adhd, PMS.. .man flu?

ADHD, learning disabilities. These are not really disorders. People are different. They have different strengths, weaknesses, and abilities. If some are more easily distracted than others that is just part of the normal continuum. The same goes for learning disabilities. If you have trouble learning to play tennis or the piano they don't say you have a learning disability or a sports disability or a music disability. But if you have trouble learning to read or do math, or write, then they call it a disability. It is all just part of the normal continuum.

To the best of my knowledge you can not bring a doctor to court and sue them for saying you don't have seizures. There is a fine line when it comes to suing someone for misdiagnoses. I would contact a lawyer to get some free advise. But from what i've heard in this day and age you can't sue someone for misdiagnoses Unless its a life or death situation and you happen to die as result of it then your family can take legal action. I am sorry you where misdiagnosed.

Alright, so people say these are examples? Well I can tell you one thing--THESE PEOPLE ARE MEN! PMS is definitely a real condition! I would love to punch a guy in the face if he ever told me that it was a 'fake' disorder.

Definitely 'man flu'. My kids get it all the time. If they so much as get a sniffle, then they have some kind of deadly disease and I have to spend 24/7 pandering to their every need. I genuinly get flu and I just have a sniffle. man flu is evil!

I used to think adhd was fake, until I found out that my daughter was adhd.

Alot of people have have collected disability or worker's comp from "backaches"! Many times this pain can not be proved or disproved!

I also didn't believe adhd till I was told my son had it. However sometimes I still wounder.

herpes simply because everyone in this world carries the virus so we all have herpes when we get chicken pox but some of us tend to display it physically more than others because of they simply do.
