I'm not sure of the first one but the second one looks like a scarlet ibis.

Get better pics and do your own homework. Go to the library and look at a field guide to North American birds, they're there... and no, the second one is NOT a flamingo.... wrong color, wrong beak.

The first one looks like a male Mountain Bluebird and the second one looks like a Flamingo.
