Yes, it is.
They emit huge amounts of methane (much more than the whole of mankind - biologically and industrially)
Apparently, kangaroos don't fart and scientist are trying to discover the bacteria in kangaroos stomachs that stop them farting, so they can introduce the bacteria into cows.

yes it is true, they produce tons of methane, I'll just eat the cow, they don't fart anymore then
