That I get in trouble for telling someone to learn proper english, and get my answer deleted, but there are people who are vulgar, racist, etc. and they aren't stopped? Isn't someone at Yahoo?? watching us??

Whenever people report your answer, they'll usually get deleted.
Those airheads done it so many time, people just ignore them now. But they do get deleted and suspended if people report them.
Anyway, just ignore these idiots.

They are stopped. They get deleted everyday, but just don't moan about it.
