Haha...here's some from me waitressing at a restaurant for 5 years: all true...lol, get ready...
Dropped a whole bus tub of dishes on the floor...very loud, messy, and embarassing...
I once saw a guy throw up on his plate...
One time after this old man sneezed about 10 times really loudly people were clapping for him...
A plate of buffalo wings was dropped in the bar and a guy picks them up (after being dumped down the wall onto the BAR floor) and was actually going to eat them...hell no...that's definitely against health code...
I once walked up to a table and said "hi guys" and then I realized it was a woman with cancer, with no hair, and wearing a hat...
One time the whole restaurant started singing the star spangled banner...because we had a table with like 12 canadiens...it was all in good humor though, the canadiens thought it was funny and were singing along...
Had to call 911 at least three times because of customers either having a heart attack or a diabetic reaction...
Drunk mexican fell asleep at his table...
I had the cops called on me by a customer who said I put a $3 tip on his credit card...I wouldn't put my reputation or job on the line for $3...he was crazy...I actually had to fill out police reports for that one...
I dropped a steak onto a lady's lap...on her birthday...no joke...a filet mignon...
I had to go to court because a lady tripped on a rug, fell over, and hit her face on a booth...I was a witness...
I prpbably have more, but yeah...that's a lot already!

I am a manager of a restaurant/bar, the worst thing that has happened to me was having to call 911 due to a 16 day old baby choking on his own blood (due to a nose bleed). *Though he is doing great now. Still shakes me up to think about it.
Getting punched in the face by a guy trying to fight another guy. Worst part, he hit like a girl. I didn't even bother pressing charges.

After drinkikng a glassful of Cola I found an almost dead fly buzzing around at the bottom of the glass. I was told it was good protien!
A friend of mine had ordered a glass of fresh lemonade. The waiter quickly brought the lemonade, my friend had a sip only to dicover that it was washing up soap. The waiter said that while washing the glasses, the barman put this glass on the bar, where the waiters usually take the drinks from.

My bf and I were at a very popular, expensive restaurant owned by a renowned chef in Philadelphia, Brasserrie Perrie. We sit down at the table, we're drinking some wine and the server brings over some bread we lift our napkins and under my napkin there is honestly the BIGGEST roach I have ever seen, about 4 inches long, wings and all (it looked like it originated in another country, it was huge). My boyfriend threw his napkin on top of it, we called the first person we saw over to inform them and they moved us to a very small table and then proceeded to take FOREVER with our food after we were more than gracious about what happened (we are not bad customers and understand that restaurants sometimes have problems like this) but the way we were treated after considering how gracious we were was just inexcusable so we told our server after our appetizers that we just wanted the check, it wasn't until THEN that someone came over to apologize for the roach. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL. The food wasn't even as good as it used to be, VERY BLAND AND TASTELESS. If you're ever in Philly DO NOT go to BRASSERRIE PERRIER

It was at one of the most glorified restaurants in my town. My grandmother's surprise birthday party two years ago. They must have just hired new waiters because 5 out of the 14 people left with either some of their drink or their main course on their shirts, pants, even a little in our hair. The waiters didn't even offer to help with anything and they didn't really apologize, then they even made us help clean up the stuff they dropped on the floor. And if I remember correctly, one of my family members had to pay for 2 broken glasses and a plate.

Lol I have the best story. Me and my friend had nothing but salad for a whole month. So we put on our clothes as fast as we could and went to the nearest Outback Steakhouse and we ordered like six steaks each. The waiter was a vegetarian and everytime she gave us a steak she gave me a weird look. And my girlfriend thought she wask checking me out and she followed her to her car after dinner was over. They both started talking with real mad looks on both of their faces and then they both looked at me and laughed so hard. She was giving me looks because my pants were on backwards and she was trying to tell me. They both became best friends after that still to this day.

Taking out the date of my life to a fancy restaurant, and after the meal found out I left my credit card at home. Only had $ 10.00 and used it for a tip.
I haven't seen or heard from her since then.

I was a waitress (bad things happen to us too, you know, not just customers!), and I tripped on something and spilled a large bowl of hot cream of mushroom soup over the right shoulder of a male customer, into his lap (ouch!), and all over his leather coat.
The owner, who rushed over, was a very classy guy and insisted on buying the man a brand new coat. I didn't get into any trouble, because these things happen in restaurants and the owner was cool, but I was shaking for the rest of my shift.
