Now, there's stalking and there's stalking! So does she just fancy him or is she there every minute of the day watching him and turning up where ever he is? If it's the latter, then something needs to be done. Confront the woman in a public place. Stay calm and ask her to stop it and tell her if she doesn't you will contact the police or your solicitor. If it carries on do just that, but it should be your man doing this not you. Is it bothering you more than him? . Perhaps he's enjoying the attention and if it's just harmless flattery I can't see a problem.

confront her! what the hell! if some bird was stalking my man id be over to her in an instant. tell her to back off, but not too rudely, she may whip out a machettie on you.
or a wooden bat.
ok sorry...
just tell her to leave your boyfriend alone, as you are deeply in love with him and he will never even set eyes on tramp like her.
(i am officialy the worst person at giving advise)

Talk to your man about it and devise a joint action plan. Dealing with it together should bring you closer and will also prove how committed he is to you.
