Peter Petrelli: empathic mimicry (he's shown premonitions, flying, regeneration, invisibility, telepathy, telekinesis, precognition in trance-like visions, radiation manipulation, superstrength, in the future he's shown bending time/space continuum)
Nathan Petrelli: flying
Claire Bennet: regeneration
Hiro Nakamura: bending the time/space continuum (time travel, teleportation, stopping time)
Niki/Jessica Sanders: alter ego and superstrength
DL Hawkins: phasing
Micah Sanders: technopathy (controlling technology)
Matt Parkman: telepathy
Isaac Mendez: precognition (trance like visions)

Simone Deveaux: completely useless, except for in getting on my nerves

Nathan Petrelli - can fly
Hiro Nakamura - can freeze time/space and teleport
DL - can phase through solid matter
Nikki (DL's wife) - has alter - Jessica - with superstrength
Micah (their son) - can talk to machines
Matt Parkman - can read thoughts
Claire Bennett (the cheerleader) - has the ability regenerate
Ted Sprague - goes radioactive
The Haitian - can erase memories
Isaac Menendez (deceased) - paints the future
Charlie (deceased) - waitress with 100% memory
Sylar (not real name) - "sees how things work", cuts off skulls of others with powers to "absorb" those powers; and last but not least -
Peter Petrelli (Nathan's brother) - empath; only has to be around someone with powers to absorb those powers.
Others also have abilities - Linderman had the ability to heal anything, Mama Petrelli has a power, but we don't know what yet, and there's a little girl named Molly who can find anyone anywhere just by thinking of them.

peter petrelli- "empathic power mimicry" - it basically means he absorbs other people's power when he is around them (after he has met the person, he can still use the power)
isaac mendez (deceased)- precognition - he "paints the future"
hiro nakamura- space/time manipulation - he can stop time and teleport
nathan petrelli (?)- flight
claire bennett- tissue regeneration - she can heal herself
matt parkman- telepathy - he can read people's minds
niki/jessica sanders- this is a hard one: niki has an alter ego of sorts named jessica, but jessica is actually her deceased sister? and when ever jessica has control, she is insanely strong... you can decide what's going on, b/c i can't
d.l. hawkins- he can phase through objects (e.g. walking through walls)
micah sanders- technopathy - he can "talk to" machines
the hatian (currently nameless)-
ted sprauge (deceased)- radiation manipulation - he is "the man with the radioactive hands"

charlie andrews (deceased)- eidetic memory - she remembers everything she sees, hears, reads, etc.

molly walker- she can find anyone anywhere
candice (wilmer?)- illusion casting
hana gitelman/wireless (deceased-ish)- "the ability to act as a living electronic transmitter and receiver, capable of intercepting and interpreting virtually any form of electronic signal and transmitting coherent signals of any type through thought alone" (so say wikipedia, i had no better way to explain it...)
sylar/gabriel gray- originally: he can see how most anything works, but he used this power to get other powers (he saw how the abilities worked and somehow found a way to take the ability by doing something w/ their brain?? see "six months back" for a better idea of what i'm talking about) he also has extreme durability (not sure if just has it or if he stole it from someone)
sylar's stolen powers: (power- victim)

"molecular manipulation" (he can make metal melt, basically)- zane taylor
he can freeze stuff (no cool name for it that i can find)- unknown

Niki - not exactly sure what you'd call her power - she has a sort of "dual personality"
Niki's husband (can't remember his name) - walks through walls
Micah - can manipulate electrical devices
Claude - can make himself invisible
Sylar - not sure exactly what his power is, he was good at knowing how things worked and he was able to steal other people's powers (by killing them)
The Haitian - can alter people's memories
Eden - power of persuasion
Ted - the nuclear reactor guy
the little girl (can't remember her name) - has the power to locate people just by thinking about them
