A) I'm afraid I've never met a "Villain" so I can't comment if real one's laugh like that, and

B) The cliche "villain" character was created back in the silent movie era, (all that tying the heroine to railway lines and twiddling one's moustache), and obviously due to not having lines, the actors had to ham the roles up as much as possible. When talkies came in, I think they just stuck with a tried and tested formula. Hence the Mwaahahaha stuff.

Its just the way to make it "over the top" and more villianous.

It started by reading it in script. Instead of putting, "(insert evil laugh)" into the scripts of plays, shows, etc. it was easier for the author to try and describe what an evil laugh would sound like.

I have never really heard anyone doing this for real, other than when they mock something evil and do the fake laugh.

But, I have never heard a punch that hit someone and went "SOCK!" or "KaPOW!" either. =)

Obama - he laughs whilst a comedian says that an American citizen could desire to lose the two kidneys, then calls him a terrorist that must be wwater-boarded. i do in comparison to Rush Limbaugh the two yet that grew to become into going too a strategies. In united states of america it is not seen treason to disagree with the President. a minimum of it is not yet. If some people have their way it is going to become against the regulation even with the undeniable fact that.
