The treatment meted out to Laxman by the selectors by degrading him from A to B I think is not fair.

Blood & Guts - fight to earn your place. No body should give up the "national" team just because they didn't get picked. After all only 11 can play at one time.

What is fair? Playing cricket for India is fair? Being born in south India is fair? Vengeskar as a selector is fair? So many TV channels commenting on cricket is fair? Chetan Chauhan as an cricket expert is fair? Laxaman should give private batting lessons to young and rich kids in Mumbai.

While I too agree that degrading him from Ato B is not at all fair, I dont think that he should stop playing for India. Instead he should prove the authorities by his performance.
