HEY,don't hit the sack.just lie down gently.By the way,bolt all doors and windows.switch off lights,keep a bottle of drinking water by bed side,set alarm clock,layout clothes for next day,ask people around you if they need any thing ,say good night to them,wash your face and feet,say your prayers and if still some time is left for sun to rise,Have a nice sleep.Good night and sweet dreams.Oh yes, don't expect me to come and wake to up.Good, good and good night.
