time to go find your local free clinic.
from what you are describing is probably an infection of some sort, in need of some antibiotics immediately.
not only could your genitals suffer permanent damage, but it could spread to the point of endangering your life.
good luck

Well I am afraid you have no choice but to go to the Dr. It sounds as though you have caught an STD (sexually transmitted disease). By the symptoms you gave and those that are on the penis there would be little else it could be. You do need to get it checked out though. You could take yourself to the hospital to the clinic there and you won't have to pay. This is not something you can ignore or forget as it could seriously damage your health if you leave it, not only that any person you have sex with is more than likely to catch it.

Discharge...oooh! whenever that word is involeved it is an STD....you need to find a doctor. However, don't be too worried, it's not serious it's bacterial (because of the the discharge its a symptom of a bacterial infection) so an antibiotic treatment should clear this up in about a week to two weeks. Most likely you have gonorrhea or clamydia. You need to find some money and get to a clinic or a doctor though.

you may have urethritis (inflammation of the urethra) or something like that. Or stones. I forgot whatever i learned from school so I suggest you go see a doctor.. if there is dysuria (pain during urination)/ burning sensation, then you prolly do have something (though i think it's nothing major).. don't be afraid to seek help or consultation.

Go to a clinic now! You got $40? You got a diagnosis! Ask to borrow the money, for goodness sake, it's worth it!

You need to go. You might have a staph infection. If you don't go to the hospital because of it, the infection could spread and it could give you heart failure.
