I cannot seem to find any listing for split/fold rear seats on the UK BMW site. However, if things are the same with previous generation BMWs, only coupes will come standard with split/fold rear seats. On sedans/saloons, it's an optional item.

BMW does not provide fold down rear seats as standard equipment on the 318 or 320 sedan models.

The current 328/335 sedan has an option for split fold down rear seats (with a ski bag).

The current 328/335 Ci comes standard with the split fold down rear seat.

The current 328/335 Cic is the same as the sedan.

I hope this helps.

The 318 and 320 model BMWs have not been sold in the US in recent years. The U.S. version of the 325i and 330i have an optional split fold-down through-load rear seats, including ski bag. Please note, these were an extra cost optional seat, probably not available in the 318 and 320 models.

Folding rear seats are standard on Touring, coupé and cabriolet (new version) models in the UK, and optional on the saloons.
