To download vids from youtube just copy the URL of the vid and goto www.keepvid.com and paste it and then press download - dont forget to add .flv to the name of the downloaded folder before you save it .
Now to put them on myspace generally you have to have that option in the profile just look for tab , if you dont find it then you have to do it the classic way which is to just post the url of the video on you profile and it does the same job.

You can't download them for myspace, but you can link them. Just under the blurb about the vid your watching there should be a box that says 'embed' from memory and you need to copy and paste that into the HTML or CSS styling of your myspace page where you want it.

Use Free YouTube to iPod Converter to download video from YouTube and convert FLV files to MP4 video format. This format is more common than YouTube's flash video. You can watch MP4 files on your iPod, PSP, mobile phone or just on your computer using Apple QuickTime Player or AVS DVD Player. These players are free too.
Free YouTube to iPod Converter is really free. No limitations. No adware or spyware. It's safe to install and run.
Download it and read step by step guide here: http://www.dvdvideosoft.com/guides/dvd/convert-YouTube-FLV-video-to-iPod-MP4-video.htm

I found a free download of Tinypic here http://bit.ly/1rmsBio
Its use is very simple, since you simply drag the photos you want to add an attachment in the program. Once resized photos, they will be stored again.
