Wear a bra that has a little padding to it to help smooth and round you out.

Breasts normally point outward. This facilitates feeding of newborns as they are cradled in your arms. As for them being small, I say "Be thankful they aren't over-sized". If you ask your girl friends that have large breasts how they feel about them, they likely will tell you they are an unwelcome burden. Breast size does not correlate to quantity of milk available for a baby. The quantity of milk is determined by the mammary glands at the base of the breast. Nor does breast size correlate to their sensitivity. Small breasts are just as sensitive to erotic stimulation as large breasts. In general, men are fascinated by large breasts, particularly large, pendulous breasts. However, esoterically speaking, most men don't really care, unless they are particularly vain and need the ego boost by having their mate be primarily "Arm Candy". Your attitude about your breasts is infinitely more important than their physical attributes.

And by "not straight" I'm assuming you mean the nipples are pointing to the sides?
Just so you know, that's normal. ^_^ It's different for all woman: They can point forward, up, down, left, right.... All ways!
You shouldn't feel self-conscious about them.

What do you do? You tell yourself, that even though you see them as flawed, there are plenty of guys out there who it would totally make their day, week or even month just to get a peek at them! Just because you're not perfect doesn't mean other people can't appreciate you for being you.

ok, so what standards are you trying to live up to?
breasts usually fall(point) slightly to the sides of your ribcage....due to the fact that you may have to nuse a child someday..
so, size dosent matter and direction is prestty normal...so
what do you do?
put on a bra..and fugghettaboutit !
