im 14 andihave bigger boobs than i should have at my age...i dont like it..i feel helpless and out of place among my friends when i comes to physiques...the reast of my body is fine...in fact its smaller than should be ...im shorter than nost my friends but my boobs are bigger than all my friends...help!!

At this age you will feel ackward, but as the time goes by and having a BF, you will be happy that you have a good big boobs which any guys love. I have heard from many of my senior guys who got married and they say that their wife dont have boobs to his expectation and so he cant make much love while in bed. Though they love their wife so much, but will not be satisfied in intercourse.
I can understand how you feel bad, cos there was a girl in my class when i was in my senior school days who had the biggest boobs. We used comment on it and used to tell her openly that we liked it and not to feel sad for what the gift she had. She accepted it later on and she was proud to have that size. No guys will hate big boobs, they would just love it. Heheh same with me :-)
But for time being till your mind gets matured, you can go for sporty bra, but then if you use it, the real shape of your breast will go off. I advise you to go for a bar which correctly fit you, and push your hands firmly inside and adjust your breast in a proper shape. Don't buy those bra which have a too much pointed shapes.
What is the cup size you use now?

The most important thing you can do for your boobs and your confidence is go get properly fitted for a bra. When you are wearing the correct size your boobs will sit nicely, your waist will look smaller and you will be more confident!!!! Good Luck!

i have the same problem, look for a bra that is a minimizer, how ever you spell it. they make them trust me, they are kinda spendy but well worth the money to help you feel better about yourself. Don't feel bad that you have bigger boobala's than others, it's kinda nice in the end. You are still young, you might grow into them as you get older, i had biggggg boobala's when i was in 5th grade. so i know where you coming from.

If you went to get a proper fitting they could help you out with a proper bra to fit you - cause when your wearing a proper fitting bra things aren't popping out everywhere so they look neater and smaller.
Also - you could talk to the lady fitting you and she would be able to offer good advice and help on that.

a non padded bra with elastic for support instead of a metal rod but i wouldn't sudgest that big boobs needs support

What size are they?
What you want is a minimizer bra, which squooshes them together and makes them appear smaller.
Get sized at Sears or JCPenney then find a good supportive minimizing bra.

Get a sports bra. They will fit in nice and tight and won't go where you don't want them to.
