i have pokemon diamon and 7 badges i just want to know where to find teh fishing rods

There's a fisherman in a building west of Jubilife City. Talk to him and he'll give you the Old Rod.
There's a fisherman on Route 209 who'll ask you a question. Answer yes and he'll give you the Good Rod.
In the Fight Area, there’s a Fisherman in the northwestern part of the town. Answer yes to his question and he’ll give you the Super Rod.

when you beat the league and get a countrywide dex, you circulate to snowpoint city and holiday the boat to the conflict section and a fisherman north of the conflict section provides you with a great rod

I am pretty sure you get them by talking to the fishermans.
I do not remember who to talk to get them though.
