why is my period so heavy on a morning?

Cause you lie down all night and when you wake up and stand gravity takes effect.

I used to have that problem and the reason was because of having been lying down all night.
And then after a time of lying down and being ready to get up for the day I would feel the flow moving a lot. Then later in the day it would ease up.

When u stand up after lying down all night, it`s only natural that backed up blood is going to flow downward upon arising. Simple logic.
