If they don't want you smoking in bars and restaurants, you're free to stay away from them.

The law doesn't infringe on your right to smoke, it protects non smokers. You can still smoke all you want, just not in those establishments.

I smoke and we have had a ban going here for the past two years. You get used to it.

There is already a law in most restaurants regarding sections in New Hampshire where people could smoke. There are many who had non-smoking restaurants, but their bars had smoking, then there were some who had 2 bars. One downstairs for non-smokers and one upstairs for smokers!

Seems to me it might be unconstitutional! I think doing away with all bars that have smoking is crazy. People aren't going to go to them, they'll drink at home! No more $5.00 for a bottle of beer. And there is a rooms and meals tax. We just do not have a sales or income tax!

Maybe that will cut down on DUI's!

Not really, but maybe it should be expanded to "Live Free of Poisonous Smoke or Die".
