He was talking about beating you senseless.
He meant you need to have your attitude straightened out with a leather strap.

When someone takes you somewhere you should have the good grace to behave yourself. How do you expect to gain respect if you act like a 2 yr old?
As far as a "whoopen" that bit of correction stands with your parents. But I can understand your cousins thinking. And if you don't know what a "whoopen" is you haven't been given one yet. Give your cousin the apology that is deserved and
