First, a definition please.
I want to know if you mean sex in public which to me means people are around & viewing the sexual act(s).
Or do you mean sex in a public place which to me means you may possibly be viewed since you are not in a private spot but that you are not necessarily viewed.
Can you agree this distinction would have an effect on the comments?
Next, are you soliciting comments as a participant, a member of the audience, a police officer, the judge, a jury member or....?
Comments will most likely differ depending on the role you hold.
