I go to my kitchen, pick up a plate, go outside and throw the plate on the ground as hard as possible. If I ran out of plates which is common with me since I'm angry all the time I simply go into my car, close the doors and windows and scream at the top of my lungs! =]

First I have to walk away from whatever is making me angry, and then take a few deep breaths, and tell myself to calm down. I don't get angry too often.

If I don't have time or space to get away from the situation, a quick squirt of Rescue Remedy is nice and calming.

I don't get mad, I get evil. Kidding, what I do is sit down and figure out why I am angry, then I normally see the light and apologize to whoever made me angry even if it wasn't my fault. I always forgive.

Controlled breathing and rubbing the bridge of my nose...it's a weird quirk and how my family knows to leave me alone.
