And that couldn't be more true, I think.
I guess it depends. Anyone who will walk all over anyone else to get what they want is not a good person. You must realize, you are not the only human being in the world who matters. If you can come to terms with this fact, you will do well.
If you can co-exist without trying to opress others; then you can think as highly of yourself as you like. Heck, I think most people like self-confidence in a friend/ mate. So, you will do just fine ^.^

Yes.
If you love yourself, that means you have faced yourself against you're own faults and issues and you care about yourself unlke most people.
You're not a good person if you brag about how great you are to others- that just makes you...not a good person. :S
