Most likely death, sooner if not later even with proper medical treatment in time. If the immediate impact did not cause the bones in your face to splinter into you face, if the brain swells (common in auto accidents after the fact also...best that can be done is anti-inflammatory drugs and a shunt in the skull to help drain fluid in the brain) and pushes your brain stem down into your spine, your basis motor functions would cease and you would die.
