I have a friend who is very short, less than 5 feet. She got married and told me that sex hurt her a lot, and they couldn't do it the first day. She said it hurt because she is short and it means she is short down there too...is this true? She also said that it didn't hurt after a few times they did it, but still hurts again if they don't do it for a week. Is this normal? And is it true that sex hurts females more if they're short?

As to being short, no difference there. But being a virgin can be more painful, especially if no one gave her husband good advice ahead of time. He needs to spend more time with foreplay, so she is wet before he tries to enter her for intercourse. The best benefit may be if he can bring her to orgasm before intercourse.
I would also suggest they take a college human sexuality course, together. It has a life-long positive effect, not just on sex, but on self-confidence and more.

The first time is going to be different than any other time. It will hurt some but then it won't. Height has nothing to do with it. I am very short and I don't think it makes a different. As far as it hurting your friend she may need to go to the doctor. After the first time it shouldn't hurt that way again.

I've never heard of sex hurting more if you're short. I don't think that is true. But, for women, sex the first time does hurt. It gets a lot better but its best to take it slow if its your first time.

It will hurt the frist time, but not so much after a while. Virgins are...small down there. Yes, shortness can be a cause in it too...I can't say this in experince (virgin haha) but this is what I've been told since middle school.

I'm 4'11'' and sex hurt me the first time (like for most women), but after that I'm fine. The size of your vagina is not directly connected to your height. I'm sure some tall women have the problem your friend does too.

It has nothing to do with your height, it has to do with your arousal. The first couple of times you have sex, it can be uncomfortable, but the more turned on you are, the easier it is. Her height isn't a factor, unless her boyfriend is huge. The vagina elongates with arousal, and it's a lot more elastic than people think.

Her size may have something to do with it. Women can be built small down there. She needs to make sure she uses some kind of lubricant- that will help.

No, there's no such thing. Sex hurts because she is not properly aroused or lubricated or it could be a psychological barrier.
Height has nothing to do with vaginal depth, look there's midget porn as well.
