I'm not sure if these bands are what you would consider "techno" or not, but:

Particle
Zilla
Disco Biscuits
Sound Tribe Sector Nine (STS9)
Elemental Harmonics
The Brothers Past
The Pnuma Trio
Infected Mushroom
Lotus

These are bands that I have seen live that may fit your definition of 'techno". It's probably as close as you'll get IMO.

Try searching for "Livetronica" bands

There's a group called System 7 which features actual guitar playing although it's often heavily processed. The guitarist is the legendary Steve Hillage. The rest of the music mostly synths and drum machines.

No Techno music is all computerized to the best of my knowledge. So techno music should have real drums or instruments in it.
