There are apples in a plate in a room,
a man enters the room,
he doesnot touch the apples,
there aren't apples left on the plate,
How many apples were there in the begining ?

he takes the plate without touching the apples and flings them out the window. if he ate them (even with utensils) then technically he touched them.

which apples were you asking about?

cos in your first sentence, you said
"There are apples IN a plate in a room"

then in your fourth sentence, you said
"there aren't apples left ON the plate"

As you didnt mention the number of apples, so you can say how many were there at the begining.

he doesnt touch the apples instead i think he eats them with some other thing!!
