Whose better Whitney Houston if you want to base it on records sold and No1 hits.
Which one would I support in a comeback neither but I wish them both the best of luck. I think Whitney time is over and Britney has lost the edge that made some of her songs really good.

With a song like "Greatest Love of All", how could you go past Whitney Houston. Britney is good but Whitney is better.

Whitney by 10,000 miles, she has true talent and can sing anything (or at least, she used to be able to) and make her own and fabulous (good example, her cover of Dolly Parton's "I Will Always Love You"...her version made it a totally different song despite the same notes and lyrics...it was her idea, not the studio's to sing accapella at the beginning of the song.)
Britney has a very limited vocal range (as evidenced with the same canned beats to every song that she sort or nasally sings/talks through) and was just a sorry fad whose time is quickly expiring.
Britney had a good run, but Whitney has the greatest selling album of all time, the soundtrack to "The Bodyguard", selling over 16 MILLION copies and has not been exceeded by any artisit to date for any album.

Whitney Houston is an entirely better singer, but Britney is younger. That's tough, but I pick Britney because Whitney's music is kinda old.

Whitney. even though she was a crack head, she doesn't show her "stuff" to the world, and she does not shave her head. and she's not crazy as Britney.
