well i was partyn with my best friends girl and we were both under the influence and at the end of the night me and her ended up sleeping with each other. now the next day she told me not to tell him. but lately it has been eating me alive i have the biggest guilt right now and i want to tell him but i dont know how to tell him i feel so bad

I'm not here to judge you my friend. You made a bad decision, and it is one that will eat at you until you come clean to your friend. It happened once, and you are BOTH responsible. I would suggest that you tell him before he hears it from someone else.
It may take some time for him to forgive you, but at least you will have been honest with him about your indiscretion. It will take time for him to trust you again, but girls come and go.. friends are forever.

Well. Your guilty feelings are your punishment I think. You have to live with that.

To point out your misbehavior to your friend does not seem to me to accomplish anything positive. It is already done and, I assume, behind you both.
