a chukar is a type of bird that lays eggs, blown eggs have a small hole picked in either end then you insert a long pin and scramble the contents, and blow hard, with a bowl under the egg, because you are blowing out the contents, then rinse the egg and let it dry before continuing with your art project, you can do this with chicken eggs, goose eggs, duck eggs and so on. i usually used very pointed fingernail sissors to pick the holes in the shells, tap till you get a little hole started then make it about 1/8 inch across, enlarge by picking or tapping on it, and be gentle or you might break the eggshell more than you want to.
