get aloe vera stuff or there's some sprays that are supposed to work, also a cold bath.. a cold wash rag, and take a advil or tylenol.. also remember to drink alot of fluids because sunburn takes the water right outta you. Good Luck.

Cold compresses or a cold bath.
Aspirin for the pain.
Moisturizing lotion, especially one with aloe vera.
Noxema is advertised for this purpose but my experience is that it would go on cold and then quickly be heated by my burnt skin and become unbearably warm. Lotion is thinner and won't trap the heat in.

i grew up in australia and was burnt often. take a potato and cut it in half. use a peeler to make thin, chip like potato circles. lay them on the skin. they're cool at first and then leave a starchy residue that feels weird but hte pain goes
