Women is only capitalized if it's at the beginning of the sentence, or part of a proper title (e.g. The League of Women Voters, Little Women [book title])

Otherwise, women would be lower-case as in this sentence.

Hello Customer, when you use the word women you type it like that don't capatilize it only when you are starting a sentence you know.

Typically no. Capitalize if it is in a title, name of book or the first word in a sentence = yes.
