The bleeding is SUPER light and its around the normal time I'm supposed to have my monthly. I didnt get no cramps it just came. I was freaking out but I hear its bad, then again some people say they have at least one last period even when they are preggers so I'm confused.

It is possible to have a false positive. I had one and blood tests at doctors office confirmed that I was not pregnant. I don't smoke drink and didn't have a cycst or anything that could have caused it. It was just a cheap faulty test.
Now you said that you have very light bleeding, yes that is normal. It could be implantation bleeding which can occur around the time you would expect a monthly. It will typically last about 2 days and it will be very light. Some may not agree with the timing however, I have had it on the days I expected my period with all of my pregnancys. My friend had hers weeks after finding out she was pregnant and my mother has no idea what it is. Brown blood typically means old blood. You may also experience light bleeding after intercourse or do to a infection. I have experienced bleeding so bad and cramps really bad that I could have swore that I was losing my baby. Turned out it was just a infection.
Bleeding doesn't necessarily mean that your baby is dying or is about to die. I bled with all of mine so far. You had a blood test. Blood test messure your hcg levels if you were possibly having or going to have a misscarriage around that time, it would have possibly showed lower numbers than normal.
Relax I am sure you are fine and I am almost postive that it is implantation bleeding. Congrats on baby. Definetly ask your doctor about any concerns you may have. I find that I remember all my questions better if I write them down.

It's probably just implantation bleeding. I'm assuming it's been 2 and a half weeks since you've had sex (which means you're actually 4 and a half weeks pregnant- you start counting from the first day of your last period). Implantation bleeding often occurs around the time you would normally get your period, which confuses things. Keep in mind that miscarriage is a possibility during the first trimester (but don't let that or anyone on here freak you out and make you worry for nothing). If your light bleeding isn't accompanied by cramps, and if it stops soon, you're probably fine. Make sure you tell your doctor about the bleeding at your next prenatal visit (which will likely include a vaginal ultrasound to determine the viability of the pregnancy). Do pick up a book about pregnancy. Everyone loves "What to Expect When Expecting," but it can also cause a lot of unnecessary worrying since it's so detailed. It drives my husband crazy because I'm constantly referencing it when I think something might be wrong. :) Congrats on the pregnancy and best wishes for a happy and healthy one!

You don't have periods when pregnant. Periods involve the shedding of the lining of your uterus. If this happened, the pregnancy wouldn't survive.
That said, is bleeding common? Yes, it's even normal for some women. Some women have it throughout their pregnancy for whatever reason. However, my doctor said from day one if I had ANY bleeding to call right away. To be on the safe side, I'd call the doctors office. They usually have a 24 hour service. Bleeding can happen in pregnancy, but it can also be a warning sign of something going wrong in pregnancy.
On a side note, this would NOT be implantation bleeding. This occurs, well, when the pregnancy attaches to your uterus, which can cause bleeding. If you've gotten possitive test, this has already happened. You do not start to produce the hormone until this happens. I'm not trying to be rude with my answer or anything, but I lost a pregnancy very much like this, so I become very worried when women talk about bleeding in pregnancy, even though I'm aware it can happen and mean nothing negative.

I had period for three months through two of my pregnancies . Now , I ask you is that fair? Sometimes that is normal. It was a lighter bleeding than a normal flow. I couldn't lift anything and was not supposed to walk a lot. But they finally figured out that it was just normal for me and me and the babies were fine. But you would think I would get a break from the monthly flow while being pregnant.Just make sure you are okied by your doctor and there is nothing wrong. Hopefully everything is fine. Good luck to you.

First off...congrats. =)
Secondly, it's not uncommon for women to experience implantation bleeding. Your body is used to having a period, now it's adjusting to what's going on. So long as the bleeding is light, not constant, and there are no clots (small or large) everything should be ok. Also remember that it's not uncommon for pregnant women to get occasional cramps due to your body stretching and preparing for what's coming ahead. Mention it to your doctor when you go for sure, but don't panic by any means. Good luck. =)

First thing to note is that there is NO such thing as a false positive, so if you got a positive result, congratulations! you're pregnant!
second, you are most likely experiencing implantation bleeding and not a period, especially since you are so early along. (dont worry, it's nothing bad! just the baby sticking to your uterus which causes some bleeding and minor cramping)
But if you have severe cramping and start passing clots, then go to your doctors immediately since you could be miscarrying.
good luck and congrats again!

Something is wrong with the pregnancy. you need to go to your doctor because your baby could be or is dying. It is very dangerous to bleed while your pregnant so go to your doctor as soon as possible!!!!
