My daugther goes, "Stop tickling me.... ssttooopppppp...." kinda softly but what gets me is when she starts talking jibberish, it makes no sense! Like, she said this... "Look, the water is there and we need cola". I have no idea what she was dreaming but it is funny as hell how dreams sometimes carry over and you start talking them out. I have talked in my sleep but I am more likely to wake up semi alert and talking talking wacky stuff! It is a hoot!

Talk, not walk anymore. I would say 75% of the time, it is at the very end of my sleep. I am having a conversation, and the other person dissappears, leaving me doing a monologue. I eventually somehow realize that i am waking up, and sometimes as I actually wake, I am still talking the same line I was in my sleep, there's no real 'break' in the talk. I have to tell myself, 'hey, dummy! you're awake now. what in the world are you trying to say?' This usually brings me out of it, and fully awake. but every once in a while, it's like I don't Want to get up, and the talking gets louder, like I am speaking to a third person, and arguing about it. He always wins the argument, and I hafta wake up.

I just grind my teeth. But my son is hysterical when he's asleep. He's nine, now....& he'll hold entire conversations w/ me when I just go in to check on him....& has no clue what he's talking about; doesn't remember it the next day.
But when he was younger (like, 3-5 years old), was even funnier....went through this phase where he'd "sleep-pee"!!! LOL! No kidding! He would walk into the bathroom, & pull open a drawer & try to go in there...or once, he walked right passed the bathroom, went to the basement door, opened that up & let loose down the basement stairs! ... & was pretty much sound asleep the entire time! I couldn't do anything but laugh...he was just trying to be a good boy & not pee the bed!! :-)

My son talked in his sleep so much. One day I came home from work and he had fallen asleep on the couch watching TV. His older brother and sister were sitting near him looking very guilty. When asked what they had been doing, they burst out laughing. They said they had been making him argue with them in his sleep for almost an hour by getting close to his ear and whispering, "You know you did it"! He would then start professing his innocence. The older ones still laugh about it.....10 yrs later!

I don't think I have ever walked but I talk a LOT and I cry and scream sometimes. My boyfriend will wake me up all the time and get me to shut up. Most of the time I know why I was screaming or crying or whatever from the dream I'm having.

Hi, I sometimes will yell out in my sleep. I guess something must be after me. No sleep walkers in my family, but a lot of talkers while sleeping. Lol You can learn a lot in a case like that. Hehe.

No one in my family sleep walks or talks in their sleep. I'm the only one who sleep walks. Once i went around the house banging on peoples' doors...asking for a hanger...it freaked me out when i was a kid. I thought i would sleepwalk off the balcony by my room, lol.

I did when I was little and I used to cry to my older sisters asking for my parents. My one sister used to sit up in her sleep and talk about hand cuffs or her favorite rock band at the time...Hanson, hahahaha. My oldest sister used to try to escape from home when she would sleep walk and then end up waking up on a floor somewhere. IT RUNS IN MY FAMILY lol.

When I was like 4 or 5 I sleep walked to the top of the stairs because I thought my "guardian angel" who looked just like me was beckoning me to come down them, waiting for me at the bottom. I woke up just before falling. Creepy! My sister told me I used to "buzz" in my sleep...don't know. I don't do either anymore.
