Every player in the team should believe that they are playing for the nation and their aim is winning. They should help each other to improve the performance of the team. If one player fails, the other player should try to compensate for the failure of other team. All credit for the win should be attributed to team work and not to individual and all players should take the responsibility for the poor performance of the team.
