Gil would say "why did you rip off our show?" And Horatio would give an answer to makes no sense like "Miami is hot this year". Gil would give an intelligent response like "our evidence shows you have been saying cliche lines for years at the wrongs moments". And Horatio would reply again in his way "wrong moments could be wrong for you". Gil would beatch slap Horatio and say tell him to be be real. At this point Horatio would cry like a baby and say "I was just acting and repeating what they wrote for me, you didn't have to hit me!" That would be the big fight. Gil Grissom hands down, He keeps his cool, but he hates fake people.

It would be Grissom, Horatio just passes the work along and does nothing himself except take the credit.

Horatio Caine would win, because he is capable of fighting. We've never seen evidence that Grissom is capable of combat.
Oh, come on! We're talking about CSI characters here! We HAVE to go by the evidence, or it'd be hypocrisy.

Horatio's a puss who's more interested in deepening his voice and sounding ultra sexy. I suppose! Doesn't he realize we're laughing at him while he laffs his way to the bank?
